Soon Windows 10 upgrade is going to get more aggressive when new Windows updates are issued. What I did was downloaded Windows 10 and when it came to install it, I Declined the user agreement and it stopped the installation. Then in Windows update I have it still showing as a ready update, so I went to optional updates and it was there, unchecked it and it disappears till the next round of Windows updates.

Thanks for the clarification/correction on your computer manufacturer.

Many people have upgraded to Windows 10 and like it, however before doing the upgrade it is advisable that people check with the manufacturer for their computer to check Windows 10 compatibility

By default Microsoft gives people 30 days to evaluate Windows 10 and revert to their previous operating system.

30 days though, isn't always long enough for people to detect a Win10 problem they may have.

In order to have more time and flexibility, creating an OS image which you have done provides an additional safety-net and one that doesn't have a time limit.

Also if people image their operating system before upgrading to Windows 10, they can use that image at any time in the future to make their computer dual-bootable so they can select either Win10 or their old OS when they boot their computer.
