Toothfairy:

You've really stuck your neck out. Basing a demeaning report about the integrity of a firm on your hearsay about a rumor, and then with innuendo promising to call the regulators to verify it after opening up a public discussion in advance is sheer fatuousness.

I know what the regulators are going to tell you - an outsider - of any ongoing investigation (even if there was one) - nada. So what has been gained by all this substance abuse?

Toothy. I guess, you are planning to make some money on short side.
Then you should be making sure that TPRO does get its National
Nasdaq Listing. Unless, you are a very powerfull MM and don't need
margin status to short this small cap/non- marginable stock.

PS. Didn't PRST insiders just paid 3MM fine for providing wild
projections about revenue....I think you got names mixed up
in your last post.

<<< It is TPRO, a Denver-based penny stock shell that incurred a
reverse merger and received some funding and now is the subject of
daily stock promotion, propagation of inuendo, and wild projections
by wanna-be, self-proclaimed analysts, with a desire to enrich
themselves at the expense of the investing public.>>>

>>Am I correct? You have depicted Presstek as a "scambag" of sorts, Steve?<<

Inocrrect as always, Tooth fairy, but what can one expect from someone who makes his living stealing quarters from underneath children's pillows? Whose posts are so blatantly false and unsubstantiated that he is ashamed to provide his email address. What was actutally said in the post referenced above was NOT that Presstek was the "scambag," but that YOU were the "scambag." Really too kind a term for you, but it is Christmas. I'm sure the quality of all your "research" is of the same order as your misreading of the referenced post.

>>Did I read you correctly? The authors of PRST posts are "scumbags?"<<

You are getting warmer. Keep working at it. Actually it was not all the posters, just you. And it was "scambags," not "scumbags." Perhaps a Freudian slip? You'll get one right yet if you keep trying!!

Chirodoc, agree that negative information (if true) is valuable and should be encouraged, but toothfairy's comments have the same relation to reality as does his name.

Hello Toothfairy.
Just a few questions, if I may. Being new at this, I hope you understand.
How soon after your inquiry with nasdaq do you feel you will have a response that you can share with the thread?
How quickly have they responded to other inquiries you have submitted to them regarding other stocks, or questions about nasdaq in general?

As you know, most investors posting on this thread are enthusiastically long on this stock. What do you hope to accomplish with the contributions you are planning to make, which I see so far have painted a negative picture of Topro?

Could you explain the psychology involved in this and how you feel it might affect investor sentiment?

When do you expect to short Topro, and where do you feel the price will be at the time?

Finally. Do you post at any other stock chat sites, like AOL, or Yahoo? I'm kinda interested on how comments like yours and others with a bearish position on a security affect investor psychology. And do you feel investor psychology plays a big part in today's market?

Thanks, John
