I don't know nasdaq req. IMO i think a lot will be determine by the stock price by end of jan 98. Notice on yahoo book value placed at .18/share i don't beleive this takes into account full deven aquisition nor recent capital aquired from lawsuit settlement receive by daleco. Price should hold book value/ if not I'll be buying.Info soon to be released on Deven,drilling,reworking reports and timber. Forgot to mention also on new aqusition.But i do agree majority of the time price falls. Hoping this is the exception.
