It's an SI problem, not your Windows 10 upgrade. Perhaps Dima will trouble shoot it, especially if enough people post about the problem here. I've found that a page reload (or 2 or 3) will get past the issue and display the page you're trying to access..

I had the same issue(s) on Safari with OS X 10.11. Sometimes SI would not load or display the number of SubjectMarks and PeopleMarks.

A Restart solved it.

My guess, is was videos or advertising outside of SI. I don't see SI ads.

Dear Sam,

I would not blame the OS upgrade. I think the timing was just coincidental.

The past day or so I've seen some issues with one of our advertising services causing page load issues typical to what you describe.

Once can usually get around by just clicking refresh, but this is an issue we recognize the are working with our partners to resolve as soon as possible.

Regards,

@Dima
