To All:

There seems to be a great deal of confusion on this thread? Who is "Ivan?" "Ivan1?"......actually who is "Nanny?" Actually, what difference does it make who any of these people are? This isn't "What's my line!" It is TPRO, a Denver-based penny stock shell that incurred a reverse merger and recieved some funding and now is the subject of daily stock promotion, propagation of inuendo, and wild projections by wanna-be, self-proclaimed analysts, with a desire to enrich themselves at the expense of the investing public.

I'm sorry I have to run off for a little white wine and turkey; otherwise I would elaborate further. For the record: In my opinion,
I believe the market value of TPRO should be $1 or less. Given current market environment, that projection very well may come true faster than you think.

MERRY CHRISTMAS,

Toothfairy

I'm new to TPRO, and spend most of my time on the biotech threads. Re: Toothfairy:::::We don't get 'em that bad over there. Must be the heavy contingent of smaller retail investors (like myself) on the thread. Tone of his prose indicates that he's either taking a shot or just trying too hard. Solution: Ignore until he comes up with the "goods". Then check them out as necessary and post response indirectly to another thread participant (don't want to create prophets or martyrs).

If he does his homework and makes sense (very low probability here) say "thanks" and re-assess the investment.

Merry Christmas to all.

Online stock talk fuels lawsuit - Sept 17, '97 EXCERPTS
=============================================================
Underscoring a problem attorneys say will only become more prevalent, a company today sued three individuals for allegedly using the Internet to manipulate stock prices.

The suit, filed in federal court in New Hampshire, accuses three people in separate states of using the Internet to drive down the stock price ...

The suit alleges that the individuals were short-selling, which means they stood to gain from a drop in the company's stock.

"By issuing postings, the defendants have been able to broadcast false statements to millions of potential stock purchasers and investors," the suit alleged.

Several months ago, we had someone from the same gene pool as Toothfairy - If not the same person, with a different moniker. You'll note some similarities. Though I have to admit, Johnnie became quite entertaining near the end.

Do NOT respond directly back to Toothfairy. It's a waste of bandwith.
