Hi Paul. Uh-oh my head is a size 7. I hope my mother wasn't drinking when pregnant.ggg My saving grace must be the long semitic nose.

Thanks for your informative post as usual. My nephew who has a "significant" problem with alcohol according to my sister in law, suffered a seizure at work lasting 15 minutes in duration. I would have whomped him upside the head by now as this has gone on far too long, but that is another story. (Actually a whomping can contribute to seizures I am told). I am hoping that he is finally scared into some kind of treatment if indeed there is any relationship between this episode and his irresponsible drinking. The "I love you no matter what" theory has not worked for this young man and it is easy to see how and why one would attempt to help him with kindness as he is a warm and charming kid. I hate to see him destroy himself however. I will probably keep my 2 cents to myself as usual but thought you could help with your vast understanding of all things medical. Are you a physician?

Have a wonderful and happy and prosperous new year and take good care of yourself.

Love and kindness to all on the thread.
