Shawn, was comment this really necessary?

I guess I am going to get flamed everytime I disagree with anyone on the thread. Fine - I can take it. But I am not going to sit here and listen to all this whining without putting in my $0.02.

My point about warrant holders had more to do with the fact that warrants do not carry the same rights and priviliges as common stock. Have you ever heard of a warrant holder lawsuit? No. That was my point. Does a warrant entitle you to part ownership in the company? No. So what rights does a warrant give you - you tell me.

Warrant holders took a risk that they would get stuck having to come up the with money to covert. If they didn't know this going into it, then I guess they learned their lesson. I got stuck with warrants that I didn't expect to have to convert so soon - I gutted it out and coverted. And it has been pretty ugly over the last few weeks, but things are looking better.

Maybe I need to have all consequences of the warrant call enumerated for me again - I just don't see why it was that bad a decision. After all, how could management know that a whole bunch of warrant holders weren't in a position, or had no intention, to convert?

It would have tanked no matter when the warrant was called.

Of course...
