Steak,

I believe any potential sale price of ZEN, should be viewed as if ZEN was a private company. There is a total disconnect between ZEN's worth, and the market trading price. If Zen was a private company, a potential suitor would study and analyze projected financials and potential end user markets to determine value.

Also, as we understand, AE and company have control and a huge vested interest in maximizing value, similar to a private company ownership.

So, in my opinion, forget about what kind of premium is reasonable related to market trading price.
