Yep, just like I told you. They're burning coal, not charcoal. Though charcoal would be as dirty.

1. Honeycomb briquette machine takes the coal powder as raw materials, through mixing, pressing and molding the materials into honeycomb or columnar rod shaped briquettes.

You see they grind the coal into fine powder. Form it into honeycomb briquettes. And sell it to the public who burns it in little stoves in their homes.
