I got a similar email a month and a half ago, and it did not mention OVIS/RMIL in it. My guess is that the introduction (1st paragraph) is customized to the thread he obtained the email addresses from. Zeev was kind enough not to send it to me again. If he did, it would probably be the same. Basically it is junk email and is not targeted specifically at RMIL, since Zeev has sent it to people on other SI threads. Might be considered an abuse of SI, but if you only receive email once (even if you don't say you are not interested) it's not that abusive. Kurt
