They always stay home when it's an off-year election. OTH, seniors don't.

It's definitely going to be interesting to see what the electoral configuration is when Clinton picks a vp candidate. Given Trump, I think she's got a lock on the hispanic vote. Enthusiasm is the only variable. But that does give her some flexibility to move toward Bernie's base.
