Costs and work RPA recommended, so a PFS can be properly done - money Zen doesn't have. (Facts from the PEA tech) And then what RPA STATED is needed (this refers also to building a full scale Pilot plant) Note that this is all stuff that is needed for Zen to meet the specs required by the end users they sent samples to.
