Yo_Jag..................................You as an investor know that when a company projects its earnings up or down to the media it at least allows investors to make a rational decision as to invest or not invest based on TRUTH, which is a far cry from what S3 management did to its investors! If I sell you a car with a engine that I know is about to BLOW_UP, but I tell you the car is perfect and you buy it from me at TOP DOLLAR and it blows up on you before you get it home, you are going to be pissed and probably sue me to get your money back because I LIED ABOUT THE CARS CONDITION! That senerio is a far cry from one in which I told you the truth about the car. If you knew the car was in bad shape but could be fixed you might still want to buy it , but at a much lower price; at least you could put a realistic value on the car and then make a informed purchase decision.
You seem to be confusing a lot of good stocks that are down on bad earnings news or because of a down trend in certain areas of tech stocks with S3 which is down because of MANAGEMENT LIES!

Cheers-Norman!

Jag I really appreciate your comments. I've been scooping up LSI, PMRY, SHVA, ASCEND., and even NSCP all on WEAKNESS. When do you feel that these 2nd tier stocks some of them formerly 1st tier !! wil indeed TURN AND HEAD NORTH. Have Institutions really given up on betting on high tech stocks or are their really just to many around and therefore we are experiencing the "IPO flood syndrome" which means even more risk lies ahead.
