Searched sedar and Miller looks fine to me. Rumor prolly BS. While going over documents though I am pretty sure this is our problem. 16.66% of these shares became free trading on Jan 1st and 16.66% will become free trading each 1st of the month hereafter. I don't even want to get into the warrants. Going to be a while before GLH can recover from this onslaught of cheap paper. I will be looking for an out as there is nothing worse than owning a company that is being attacked by its own people.
