JGibbs In itself it is a very negative statement but it must be viewed in context.When a stock has a PE for example of 20 the market is basically saying the current earnings are likely to grow significantly. RED CHIP assigns the core control systems 1999 earnings a PE of 25.They are positive about the effect of Y2K increating additional opportunities for better prices and major increases in the core business at new accounts using TPRO for Y2K remediation
