Riley,

Your straw man arguments about conspiratorial "bait & switch" operations on Mr. Hed's part are just further evidence that you will use any tactic you possibly can to justify your position. And then finding his webpage only verified the credentials of this man, thus shooting down your own argument. Is this something you learned from the code of Bushido?? It certainly seems verbally suicidal to me.

And you have proven nothing regarding this alledged short squeeze.

Why can I say that? Because this company has not provided you with official documentation that PROVES that have not been selling shares or shorting their own stock using 144 stock in some hypothecating scheme.

Until the company is willing to provide you this information (statements from all brokerage accounts owned by Morgan, Breton, or any corporation in which they hold officership), you have only circumstantial evidence.

And the circumstantial evidence is that something unscrupulous has been going since you claim that almost all RMIL's outstanding float is in certificate form and this stock has declined 75% from its highs.

Don't claim something as irrefutable evidence until you have all of the verifying information to refute any other possible scenario.

Being trained in the rules of evidence through your experience in the NYPD and as a "psychic detective", I would think you would already know this. Maybe you need to revisit your legal books.

Regards,

Ron
