Riley, Maybe once more you can clarify something for us all. You say that insider shares are approximately 1,200,000, but no one can quite pin that down. Why is that?? Don't the insiders know how many shares they have?? Isn't that reportable information?? Has Morgan/Breton been able to assist you in confirming EXACTLY how many shares they actually have as well as any other insider shares?? If they can't figure this out, then how can they be trusted with $5 million bucks. It seems like fairly simple accounting to me. How about it?? Why can't they give you an accurate count?? I'm sure you have covered it before, but refresh my memory. Regards, Ron
