Oh! Gee! I am so scared!!!! Perhaps I should have said they are holding back announcements till the companys sign on the dotted line. They can't make a statement till then, can they?

To anyone. Is there a advantage for ALYD to make a stock split? I am very naive to this game and would like some opinions.

Any company can hold back any news they wish to.

Companies only have a legal obligation in quarterly or annual reports. l

I suppose that the kicker is if someone can prove that they had a willful intent to manipulate the stockprice through press release timing. I think that would be very difficult.
