We are not talking about legal shorting Ummmm... You were talking about legal shorting in one of your messages in which you were attacking MK's credibility. I don't disagree that if what's happening with RMIL is what you say is happening, a possible outcome is as you're predicting. I happen to have a lot of thoughts about that subject, but will leave it as stated. But understand that "if" and "possible" are key words in that sentence. What I was disagreeing with was your insinuation that Mike was advising (he wasn't) someone to engage in an illegal (it isn't) or unethical (it's not, IMO) activity.
