Hi Fix: Rupert looks interesting just from a review of the website.
The stand alone pipe without the bulge would be marginal at best.
If the 7,000,000 ton of 80 to 100 carats/100 tons hold up., then
it could be interesting. Low share float., dont know how much cash.
nor the arrangements of ownership., i.e.. Could be a developing story., unfolding.
