Ellen:

The burden of proof does not rest on me. I'm not the one claiming anything. You're the one's claiming there's a short squeeze.

Regardless, RG's own numbers prove there's no squeeze IMO. The company would only say there's 800K locked up. They've haven't filed timely financials which could verify what's restricted. According to their older filings it would appear that much of the 800K could have been sold into the market. The misrepresentations in the press releases and phone conversations and the halting of trading by the SEC lead me to believe I can't even trust the 800K number. Lastly, the chart certainly agrees with the my position that there's no squeeze. Even when you get all your certs delivered you don't have a squeeze.

Ellen,

Proof in the pudding (using Riley's version of the rules of evidence) is that this puppy has declined 75% from its highs even though you guys have been tying up EVERY available share in paper form sitting in your desk drawers.

Of course, in the real world neither you nor I have evidence substantiating any claim we make. However, the SEC soon will have it. And they will be making the final call.

Regards,

Son
