Ellen:

That's exactly what I wanted to say.

Why don't you respond to each of the points why I said I believe there's no short squeeze? According to RG's own numbers, if his approximate locked up number of 1.2MM is wrong by about 35% then you don't have a squeeze. He's already backed that number down from 1.8MM to 1.2MM. The company only would say 800K and those they said are "locked up". They wouldn't tell me what was 144. They've yet to file financials and the SEC has strongly suggested that you carefully consider information provided by RMIL.

Regardless, RG's own numbers prove there's no squeeze IMO. The company would only say there's 800K locked up. They've haven't filed timely financials which could verify what's restricted. According to their older filings it would appear that much of the 800K could have been sold into the market. The misrepresentations in the press releases and phone conversations and the halting of trading by the SEC lead me to believe I can't even trust the 800K number. Lastly, the chart certainly agrees with the my position that there's no squeeze. Even when you get all your certs delivered you don't have a squeeze.
