Ok, I'll say this one last time.... Here's my position, clear and simple....

When you "the cartel" have more shares called then is in the verifiable float, then I'll believe there's a short squeeze coming. Until then, you're only hoping that a naked short position exists.

Note, the naked short position may in fact exist, but it certainly doesn't look that way to me. Also note, the verifiable float at this point is the total issued because RG's 1.2MM number cannot be verified by any independent means and even the company's numbers of locked up is only 800K. The company's word is already suspect at best based on their history of press releases and the SEC's warning / halting of the stock.

What you just stated is exactly correct. It does not, however, prove that a short position in excess of the float exists in RMIL. I'm not saying it doesn't. It just hasn't been proven. And, unfortunately, I think proof is a moot point, as I doubt that such a position would do much to the price without support from fundamentals and company credibility.
