To all: Any thoughts on UCMP? It dropped last week to a low and is now bouncing back with the rest of the group. At 7 5/8 it looks like a no brainer move to at least $9.00.

Gerald - The legal implication (reading between lines) may be a two-edged sword. On one side, companies have to meet disclosure requirements. On the other side, y2k companies whose services do not meet customers' contract requirements (viz. achieve year 2000 compliance by way of testing and implementation for production use) will disappear.
