Tom, cutting ECM loose from Bema would be good from a PR point of view (maybe), but remember that BGO has spooned the $$ out to this little company for years and continues to do so. They typically do so at a "deemed" share price, and it has seemed quite fair so far. While getting away from the perceived stink of Bema has its attractions, ECM would be lost without them financially. Dilution city at best. Insolvency at worst. John Have a great New Year
