Sure wish you could do keyword searches on really old messages on SI. I can't remember for the life of me why I bought OLPV. I was quite new to investing, though. For some reason, I'm thinking I may've bought it simply based on something I read on SI. Not something I'm in the habit of doing anymore. :) Found it: Apparently I am into OLPV now. Took a long time, but the Ask finally came down to my .1025 offer (and I assume it filled at that), before finally sliding to where it is now (.095). I bought this one as an under-researched (for me) place to put some money I didn't just want sitting in cash. I'm content to wait until the end of the year to see whether or not I chose correctly.
