you need to sit by someone that knows how to use the phone and apply yourself by doing was best for me....guy and gal London drugs showed me some procedures this is where i purchased phone. they always wanted to just punch it in!....i told them hold it!....give me the phone and let me punch in the buttons,icons,etc.....i find its better for me to do the punching in....i learn by doing.... trying to just sit there and watch them do it did not work for me...
