Oshanl...... I tossed off an e-mail to Netmaster Group last week. (info@netmastergroup.com) Requesting the total of Authorized Shares & their breakdown. (ie. Public Float, 144's, RegS etc.) Also the time frame & status of the financials. I have yet to receive a reply. The most resent info we have would be from this post: www3.techstocks.com The Boogieman
