Hi Rand,
I agree with your opinion but would add:
There will be delays and mistakes made during the startup. Management would be better served to have the meeting before startup to minimize the energy spent explaining those mistakes and delays that are really just a part of this process.

Thanks Rand, David, Chucau2pt,

for clarifiying the date. I believe if they start production on time regardless of capacity or initial production this will be have a very positive effect.

I really hestitated bringing up the "after" as opposed to the "April"
because certain individuals seem to accentuate the negative and would repeat my question in a retorical fashion for months to come.

Let's anticipate a nice even ramp up in share price during the first quarter.
