Craig, thanks for the great links to the data on labor. Do you have a link that contains economic data by country? In particular, I'd like to know the per capita liability for national debt servicing cost. I heard the the US is one of the highest. If so, why is the dollar so strong these days, or it is just that the other currencies are weaker, in comparison.

Can anyone help me understand? Thanks.

Hi Craig,

Very helpful. Thank you much. I've been trying to do some possible EPS estimates on some stock I own that has factories in Asia. As close as I can figure labor costs should be 1/3 less because of exchange rates. It might mean over .30 EPS savings in cost of sales. The company also has lending facilities in Asian currencies from before the drop in exchange rates.

I'm looking at some substancial paper losses due to some very bad downgrades in First Call estimates. I think the estimates are way off but hanging in there has been pretty ugly the last few weeks.

Regards,

Don

Craig,
Those links happened to be most helpful for a magazine article I am working on. Sometimes I just get lucky I guess. Many thanks for the post. Keep em coming!
Best,
Stitch
