It would 'appear', if SMartin & Kugler are on the thread slamming the stock, there WILL be complaints to the SEC, Kugler has admitted to complaining to the SEC about RMIL...remember , neither of these 2 guys are investors in RMIL or ADVR, Pugs

Being truthful wont get you in trouble with the SEC. Legitimate
companies have press releases and statements by company employees all
the time. They appear in magazines, newspapers and on TV, they have
nothing to hide. They are proud of their accomplishments.

In answer to your comment:
"isn't being quiet a good thing? it keeps you from getting in trouble
with the sec!"
