Berney: "Today is the last day for tax loss selling"............................. Not so sure this is true! My recollection is that this is true for REGULAR WAY DELIVERY....but I think you san sell a loss out on the very last trading day IF your broker can arrange a "Sale For Cash". This can be done in my opinion for active big board or other stocks...but you might get a little "haircut" on the price. If I'm wrong - someone out there set me straight. Don

Happy New Year, Berney-Dude ! Thanks for the info on wash-sale rules. Consider me washed, rinsed and spin-dried (^_^) Got lucky on some OSX.X Oil Service Index Calls and ended the year with a nice bonus to take some of the sting out of the 4th quarter losses in TechStocks. Berney - I am running a little F/A on the OSX.X underlying components, and I was wondering: (1) if I send you a list - can you run the stocks through your F/A engine for me; and (2) rather than calculating, do you know a handy WWWeb site where I may find PEG Projected Earnings Growth figures driven by First-Call consensus ? -Steve
