Oracle's Promise is pleased to announce Oracle Corporation's sponsorship of "Keeping America's Promise," a nationally broadcast television program airing December 27, 1997 at 9:00 p.m. (EST) on the FOX Network Oracle's Promise provides network computers to economically-challenged, disenfranchised public schools. The program was announced on June 24th at Radio City Music Hall with General Powell. On September 20th, President Clinton publicly thanked Oracle Corporation for our work with Oracle's Promise, and our commitment to supporting America's public school system. Since then, we have been testing network computers in several California schools, and soon will be announcing how Oracle's Promise will expand program activities in the United States, and then worldwide. Look for this announcement in the first calendar quarter of 1998.
