Hi Kevin: Looks like a non-event again today. It's snowing like crazy here in Dallas. Can you believe it? What I wouldn't give to be in Florida right now in 80 degree temperatures. I envy you. BTW, I'm working like crazy on some bond closings. These people are animals!
