NH foreclosures are not judicial processes.....the robosigning in NH was limited to those mortgages which did not include a statutory power of sale...which mortgages are practically unheard of in NH practice. In the case of a mortgage without a statutory power of sale a judicial process is required.....the number of such mortgages on the books is so small as to be insignificant.
LOL, you probably lost BC after "statutory power of sale" ...
