Consider that jl maintains the banks did nothing wrong.

Then he acknowledges there was fraud but of no consequence.

The reality is that homeowners were sold shoddy mortgages with crazy bumps in interest rates which were guaranteed to fail.

The Tan Man:

“In all my years in the business I have never seen a more toxic prduct [sic]. It`s not only subordinated to the first, but the first is subprime. In addition, the FICOs are below 600, below 500 and some below 400[.]”

It turns out that nearly every mortgage involved fraud because MERS was created to circumvent the recordation laws in every County and State in the US.

We'll never know the real numbers because millions(literally) of original mortgage documents where takern to landfills and burned or buried.

Fraud on a massive scale.

And not one bankster went to jail.

Guys like jl make their living pretending to stand for justice but will sell out a family facing foreclosure in a heartbeat.
