Jeff,

Thanks. The short interest report is out monthly. I've not seen the latest. You have a point about short covering. Given the timing (before Xmas week), there may have been some intensive covering that occurred on Friday, 12/19th, before everyone took off the following week. Perhaps some entity(s) don't want to be short going into 1998 (when the retail tax loss selling is gone).
