Pete,

I'm guessing that while some large blocks may be negotiated, a lot of the 20K+ blocks are not, particularly when they start going off like wildfire. At least, it looks that way to me.

By the way, check out the ASND Market Guide thread. As of the date of the latest update (I can't tell when that was), institutions actually had sold off substantially. (Compare post #1 to post #2).
