BTW, just so the rest of the board folk out there know just how flamingly stupid you are:

realtytimes.com

That makes the you, the borrower, the "mortgagor". You're doing the mortgaging.

The bank, or other lender, takes your mortgage. And the recepient is always the "ee" figure. That makes the bank the "mortgagee".

In plain English, you are confused and don't understand the terms. You better sign up for a night class on Elementary Real Estates Law….for Dummies

now read it again(YOUR LINK) and try to comprehend the words longer than 5 letters

A copy of said notice shall be served upon the mortgagor or sent by registered or certified mail to his last known address

Here is an accurate summary of NH non-judicial foreclosure law. You will notice there is no judicial process and no recording required.

nolo.com

NH foreclosure law under a statutory power of sale does (RSA 479:25-27a) not have ANY judicial component NOR is there any recording of any notice required.

You were, simply put, wrong. Now....you can own it and apologize or forever after be considered the dumbass loser you would appear to be.
