The Chase deal was done in August, so "keeps doing" does not apply. Have fun prolonging this discussion by yourself as I'm off to the rest of a fun-filled day with the kids. Perhaps some time in the fresh air might help your "complexion". (gg)

Tech: 1) Whether Alydaar gave $6.1mm in Reg. S shrs., Reg. D shrs., (neither of which "come out of the outstanding" but rather increase it- the difference between the two lies in the tradeability) or Susan B Anthony coins, WHO CARES? Alydaar Europe will do in excess of $6mm in revs. in '98, I would bet more than CSGI will worldwide (even w/ all those Canadian gov't contracts). If this is a "slap in the face of all shareholders", then please Bob. G., beat me about the head and neck! 2) Yes, I believe there are more shs. to come from Chase, but there will be buyers for them (I know, I'm trying). 3) The co. has no need for addt'l. Reg S offerings. The amt. to be sold from Chase and the 150K shs. from the offering in Sept. can easily be absorbed in two or three days of news-induced volume.
Stick to hyping imminent contracts on the thread of your Alydaar-wannabe CSGI or stick to the technical analysis here. Or at the very least, come up w/ something besides Reg. S or (my personal favorite) Briefing.com's lame argument that doubling revs. while keeping rev/employee constant constitutes "no growth".

Dear Tech: 3. Do you have any idea why Gruder keeps on doing Reg. S. offerings ?
will it ever end ??? Now once CHASE's shares are gone we still have the
other 150,000 Reg. S. shares from the most recent stock offering that
was done at $15.00

Yes, I have an idea. As you know company has been cash poor. Reg S offerings are far cheaper to do as they require less information etc etc. I dont like them anymore than you do but I believe it was a necessity. Dont you? Better to be rid of an unproductive, uncooperating subsidiary I would think. Dont you? JDN

Tech, YOU are "a slap in the face to all shareholders." Saying the same thing over and Over and OVER does not make it true. No matter how many times you say it, you can't make more Reg S. shares than there already are. And you can't turn long holders into day traders. And you can't get everyone to sell when your TA says so.

And for the record, all MM did was make a technical pronouncement when it was time to buy. He was Right. And he made a technical pronouncement about where the top would be. He was Right about that, too. He never hyped the fundamentals. You know that. And if he had your ethics, he'd still be here touting Himself the way you tout Yourself.

Go buy some more ConSyGen.
I hear it's a bargain these days.
