Number one, you cannot blame Hillary for anything Bill did. That's just right wing illogical thinking. Secondly Monica Lewinsky was no naïve little girl. She was a young woman who went to Washington to trap Bill Clinton. She told her boyfriend: "I'm going there with my knee pads on." But this whole thing of the right-wing getting so upset over sex is a perfect example of their shallow thinking.. Eisenhower had a mistress. And more Republican leaders over the past 50 years have had to quit because of sex scandals, or crimes, than Democrats e.g. Newt Gingrich,Bob Livingston and Tom Delay, Bill Christ and Dick Army.. What a person does in ther personal life with regard to normal sex has little to do with the presidency. And to blame ones husband is right out of medieval times. Bill Clinton was the first president to get us out of deficit spending and was running surpluses. Had George Bush simply followed what Bill Clinton was doing, by 2012 we would've been completely out of debt. But George Bush said he didn't think the government should have too much money. So he pissed away $5 trillion on two dumb wars and gave tax cuts for the rich. Imagine what we could have done for green energy, education and healthcare with $5 trillion? And Bush fought that war in Iraq by borrowing money from China and kept it off the book so no one could see it. That's far worse than anything Bill Clinton did. The fact of the matter is the Republicans have been destroying this country a for hundred years. Hoover put us into the Great Depression and FDR pulled us out. President Carter was running $50 billion a year deficits and Ronald Reagan increased that to 250 billion a year by giving 100 billion in tax cuts to the rich and increasing defense spending by hundred billion (a deceptive way of giving money to the military-industrial complex). That went on for eight years under Reagan and four years under Bush Senior and together they added $3 trillion to the debt. This entire deabt is almost 100% the result of the Republicans. I could go on for hours on how the Republicans are the stooges for the plutocrats that are destroying this country wrecking the middle class and have put us into a position where we are 65th in the world and income inequality. Oh, and remember 08 was the fault of George Bush Junior not Obama. The stock market crashed on George Bush's watch and the money to pay the banks off so they wouldn't go bankrupt was authorized by Bush, not Obama.
