To All

Interesting article appeared in IBD on Dec 23 with Larry Hambly, pres of Sun's Sun Service Unit. Claims unit has grown 40% for last 4 years and has 5000 employees. Reading between the lines this may be boost for java in long run. If anyone can post article, it would be appreciated.

Re: Short interest on SUNW

Well all it means is that with the slightest good news on the madly overblown South East Asian situation and its little impact on Sun's earnings (if not all thigh techs) and SUNW will be going up like a shuttle to the moon!

Also as Sun's computing model starts to take off (as of this quarter - Q4 97), its P/E will be increasing dramatically. As its P/E starts to go higher (in my opinion perhaps as high as 30-40 for 98) so would the short interest on SUNW! It is sort of like Microsoft and the old computing model. As Microsoft's P/E started to go higher so would its short interest and so did its price!

Shorters fortunately for us longs have a very strange/interesting way of thinking. They always use historical data and the past rather than the present or the future!

As always just my humble opinion!
