H. I don't think that the SEC announces that trading in a stock is allowed to reopen, as such. I think the way you would see it, if it ever happens for RMIL, and I am not sure it will, is simply the absence of renewel of a 10 day ban. If there is no ban in effect, it can reopen.

I don't know how extensively your question was answered because I don't follow this thread, but occasionally sample it.

I am a GRNO stockholder and can state that even if the SEC allows the stock to trade, and even if the management does everything required to meet the requirements for trading, it doesn't mean the stock will trade. There still must be market makers willing to trade the stock.

GRNO is still traded by a few MMs on the pink sheets.
