Hi Jeff, I copy files from one drive to another with Total Commander all the time and it's a wonderful utility.

A trick when you are coping from one drive to another that has a folder that already exists is to first copy something at the top of your selection to be coped to the destination folder.

This way, when Total Commander gets to a duplicate file, it will already know what to do and won't pause during a big copy waiting for you to answer a question.

The two options you are interested here are "Skip all" or "Overwrite all."

"Skip all" will ignore all duplicate files, but copy everything else to the destination folder.

"Overwrite all" will copy all files including the duplicates and overwrite files of the same name in the destination folder.

Something else to mention is to set your viewable files in the configuration. I view all system files when using Total Commander.

Also you can set Fonts, Sizes, and Colors. None of the configuration settings in Total Commander affect your Windows settings.

Here are some screen-shots below. I don't have folders in my example, but the option commands will treat files in any sub-folders the same way

If anyone else has any other questions about Total Commander, I'm happy to help.
