You know the answers to your questions....

But, there are many on the left like zux who would vote for Hillary no matter what crime she committed. The Dem party has become the party of criminals. Unpleasant fact.....but true. Defending the indefensible is de rigeur behavior on the left....

And the GOPe has its own issues and blind spots......they have become nothing more than Dem lite on a host of issues.

The truth is politics does not attract good people any more....instead of the Washingtons, Adams, Jeffersons, Lincolns, FDRs, Trumans and Reagans.....we get those who pale in comparison.

I think this state of affairs is at least partially responsible for the Trump phenomenon.....people are THAT hungry to embrace a true change.

>> Don't you think that government servers would have been more secure?

Yes, but taking this to mean any of her communications were compromised is speculative garbage, made by partisan morons, unsubstantiated by any facts on the ground. The assumption that Clinton's private server was compromised is not much better than a presumption that our government servers were compromised, barring any knowledge of the staff, practices and standards used. The belief that an antenna on the roof of the Russian embassy allowed them to intercept and read her mail is laughable. I was making fun of a couple of complete partisan idiots who don't understand anything about the technologies involved or required. Further, they also have no knowledge of the equipment and practices, let alone the technology.

Note that the Bush admin used RNC servers for their business their entire term, and then they deleted all the mail, in bulk.

Frankly, there is nothing here, and nothing is going to come of this partisan investigation arising tangentially from the Benghazi "get Hillary" inquiry. Perhaps future practices may change as a result.

It is, however fun to make fun of posing idiots and flunkee lawyers, like i-node and jlallen.
