Yep.....quarter moon soon, could see a S&P short term top today......been having some luck buying gold on full moons, selling gold on new moons via NUGT and DUST.

His pyramid is just the opposite of the FDA which is heavy or carbs, dairy and meat
No dieting required... just eat the right foods with the highest quality possible
Big on leafy greens, onion, mushrooms, beans, fruits, etc
Light on animal protein, dairy and carbs
