I am no author, but I see a need for a different growth model for the rest of the world, but since the US view is kind of set in stone, not that it is in anyway deficient,In fact I agree with Sankar on the fact that the US financial system being the most transparent and hence good.
I am just hoping that some author types would look at the above link.
Asia has the right ingredients crowded cities, educated people, more or less central planning without the dreaded C word, for that part of the world to pour in billions to make non polluting sources of energy possibe.
