As you can see, the smoke from the chimneys at the HC Ørstedsværket in Copenhagen points straight to East, over the waters towards Sweden, that is.
The fact is, that with the prevalent Western winds, all the contamination thus spewed out lands in Sweden.

Therefore my people over there are only so happy to read about the hard-to-believe end to that source of contamination imported from Denmark.

As a matter of fact, my nice fellow Swedes already years ago shut down the Barsebäck nuclear plant right on the other side of the Öresund waters and bridge years ago and as part of the deal, which the Danes are only now finally following up on.
