I apologize profusely for that. I had not seen that release, so obviously it was me who was wrong about the charges. I appreciate that some of you simply point it out without the derogatory comments, and I'll hold my tongue until I know the facts next time.

But I will maintain that the fellow filing the charges is an irritant to the company, and there is nothing to imply hoov had anything to do with this event. So again, we wait to see.
