IBD prints them on the NASDAQ stocks on the 8th business day after the 15th... NYSE is the 5th I think. My guess is the holidays have screwed it all up :)

According to the schedule at the NASDAQ website, the publication date is 12/26/97, i.e., the date the figures appear in the newspaper. However the dissemination date for this month was 12/24/97, the date the figures appeared at www.wsj.com.
12/15/97 is the settlement date and 12/10/97 is the trade date for the figure that i posted for December 1997.
